This beautiful apartment is situated on the 15th. floor of residential complex Sunset Drive in Benidorm, Playa Poniente area. This apartment offers an open kitchen and living room area with sofabed, air conditioning, high speed Wifi, IP Internet based TV with all European channels.. 

From the kitchen you have access to a practical washing room with washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 x 2 and 2 x 1 sleeps and 2 bathrooms with shower + shower facility. The Master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom and direct access to a fully furnished terrace. From here you will have a a magnificent view overlooking the beautiful communal area as well as the Mediterranean Sea. 

Sunset Drive consists of a total of 264 apartments up to 24 floors. On the ground floor you will find some business premises, a underground and outdoor parking and a huge communal area of 13.000M2 with 3 swimming pools, one is heated, heated whirlpools, dry & wet bars, gym, finnisch sauna, hamman & Jacuzzi's. The children have their own pool-lake with water games, several play areas with slides and swings as well as a small movie theater. 

MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEWS
All apartments have magnificent sea views, as the development is located on high ground, 30 mtrs above sea level, ensuring great quality views.

EXCELLENT ORIENTATION
All properties are facing South, gives long hours of sunshine per day, even in the less favourable winter periods. That make it a good overwinter suitable location.

DESIGN
Sunset Drive is located second line near Playa de Poniente Beach in Benidorm and aims to be a benchmark building in this welknow area. This complex is modern looking, well designed and has a high quality construction. There are large covered terraces, open spaces and a large communal area.

CLOSE TO THE BEACH
On approx. between 100 - 200M distance, crossing Avenida de La Vila Joiosa and Avenida Vicente Llorca Alós, you will find the beautiful coast line of Benidorm. Poniente Beach is the largest of all, 3km in length and 80m wide and you will have it all in front of this Residential complex.

LOCATION
Sunset Drive is located in the heart of Benidorm, Capital of European tourism and in the middle of the Poniente Beach, linked to the rest of the town by a bustling 2Km long seafront promenade. There are countless shops and all types of services available near the complex. Just on a few minutes distance by car you will find Centro Comercial “La Marina”, with all kind of services that provides you in your daily needs, as supermarkets and shopping facilities.

LEISURE
Benidorm has the large choice of leisure and entertainment spots. Lots of restaurants, discos, pubs, nightclubs and other posibillities, such as theme and attraction park as Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar.

BENIDORM AREA
Benidorm is the most visited tourist resort on the Costa Blanca Coast of Spain. With great beaches, the Mediterranean Sea to swim in, a busy resort packed with bars, restaurants and clubs. With the fifth largest population in the Alicante province, Benidorm is located 45 kilometers Northeast of the city of Alicante, and just south of Altea Village.

It is the central destination on the Costa Blanca with it’s dominant skyline sometimes being called the “Manhattan of Spain” due to the high rise tower blocks. The backdrop to Benidorm is the magnificent mountain range known as Sierra Helada. Benidorm attracts some great entertainers and lots of visitors looking for a good time. Clearly it has something going for it as over 4 million visitors come here every year.

With a flying time of about two hours from most Northern European airports, long weekend breaks are becoming increasingly popular. Benidorm represents great value for money compared to other destinations. The price of food and drinks are low due to the amount of competition between bars and restaurants.

THINGS TO DO
Benidorm is rather unique in that it attracts many different segments of holidaymakers, for example many younger people visit Benidorm for the vibrant nightlife and the huge amount of bars, clubs and pubs. Benidorm also attracts many pensioners and retirees who enjoy the many facilities such as restaurants and shops all very close together within walking distance and all with very reasonable prices.

Benidorm also attracts young families because of the fabulous beaches lined with the promenade full of lively bars with live music, restaurants and shops, and again your hotel or apartment is likely to be within a short walk. Young families also enjoy the many options for excursions and activities and there are lots of things to do and see if you have children.

BEACHES
The reason Benidorm has become so large and so popular is the beautiful setting with three miles of fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters with  wonderful all-year round climate and hot sunny weather in the summer. There are two wonderful long sandy beaches, Playa Poniente - Sunset Beach and Playa Levante - Sunrise Beach, separated by a rocky promontory, the Canfali vantage point that offers great views in each direction. At the foot of this lookout point is the Mal Pas cove.

The main Benidorm beaches are long and wide although very crowded in summer. Levante is busier than Poniente. There is also a very good beach South of Poniente at Finestrat. There are plenty of watersports available such as waterskiing and parasailing. For scuba divers you can visit the Llosa reef teeming with sea-life.

BENIDORM OLD TOWN
Benidorm also has a lovely old town area inbetween the Levante and Poniente beaches. This area is very traditional, very Spanish and quite peaceful. This area is centred around the Canfali vantage point and the Parque de Elche. The old town district has all the major shops of Benidorm as well as some good bars. The streets are narrow and winding. Be sure to see the San Jaime church with it’s landmark blue dome.

Benidorm has an area in the old town where you will find many gay bars, gay pubs, saunas and gay nightclubs. Some of these are also open to straight people – the Rich Bitch drag queen show is well-known.

När betalar jag handpenningen?
Handpenningen, 30% av hyran måste betalas inom 5 dagar efter fakturadatum. Alla betalningar måste betalas via banköverföring. Ditt betalningsutdrag och bokningsbekräftelsen tillsammans kan användas som hyreskontrakt.

Måste jag betala en deposition?
Ja, du kommer att få betala en deposition på 250€. Denna deposition återbetalas till dig inom 8 dagar efter avresan. Eventuella kostnader för skador kommer att dras från den återbetalade depositionen.

Ingår sängkläder och handdukar i hyran?
Kökshanddukar, sängkläder och badhanddukar inkluderas i uthyrningspriset. Vi rekommenderar våra gäster att ta med sig ett badlakan att använda vid poolen eller på stranden. Samma sak gäller för sängkläder för barnsängar.

Användning av elektricitet
De nämnda hyrorna är all inclusivekostnader för energi, om inte mer än 85 kwh per vecka till el förbrukas, de multipla konsumentkostnaderna kommer att dras av från insättningen al 0,35 € per Kwh.
