Additionally, the well-known and vibrant city of Torrevieja is a short drive away.

The apartment is situated in Park Oasis Beach 2, featuring 2 bedrooms (each accommodating 2 people) and 2 bathrooms with shower facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. LA ZENIA AREA  
La Zenia is located on the Costa Blanca South, just south of the major town of Torrevieja. This stretch of coastline is known as Orihuela Costa. La Zenia is a small but busy beach resort, one of several areas within Orihuela Costa. It has two very popular sandy beaches for relaxation and the largest shopping mall in the province of Alicante, La Zenia Boulevard.

There are plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants scattered throughout the area for you to enjoy, making it one of the starting or stopping points on the Orihuela Coastal walking route. This gives you a good idea of what to expect in La Zenia. Clearly, La Zenia is a great location for a beach holiday; you won’t need to go anywhere else, as everything you need for a wonderful family holiday in the sun is right here.

CLIMATE
The weather is mostly fantastic. After all, “La Zenia,” as part of the Costa Blanca, offers at least 300 days of sunshine a year, low humidity, and mild winters. The summer can be very hot, reaching up to 35 degrees Celsius or higher. In contrast, spring and autumn are warm and dry, while winters remain pleasant. In particular, you can celebrate Christmas on the beach, which has become a yearly tradition.

EATING OUT
La Zenia is popular among holidaymakers and residents from all over Western Europe. The opening of La Zenia Boulevard has significantly boosted tourism in this beautiful area. As a result, the variety of international restaurants has expanded, offering cuisines from around the world.

Nearby La Zenia, there are three golf courses: Villa Martin, Campamor, and Las Ramblas.

NICE WALKS 
The La Zenia countryside is surrounded by orange and lemon trees. A lovely walk by the sea is the cliff walk to Cabo Roig, which offers amazing views of the rocks and the sea. It takes about an hour to walk from the Zenia Hotel to Cabo Roig harbor and beach. At Cabo Roig beach, you can enjoy tapas and refreshments at the beach bars or in the marina itself.

Similarly, you can also walk in the other direction towards Playa Flamenca. This walking trip includes two beaches with bars, and Playa Flamenca has even more restaurants. If you're feeling energetic, you can continue walking to Punta Prima or even to Torrevieja. The sandy walking path has a beach for naturists, and at Punta Prima, you'll find nice beach bars and restaurants.

MARKETS
While there are no markets held in La Zenia, several are nearby. On Saturdays, the La Flamenca market is within walking distance from La Zenia. Another nice little market takes place on Thursdays in Cabo Roig. Additionally, Torrevieja hosts a large street market every Friday.

Alongside the beach at Cabo Roig, there is a pleasant market on Thursdays, featuring local fruits, vegetables, food, mobile bars offering “Chocolate y Churros,” local products, and souvenirs, all with an amazing view of the Mar Menor.

GETTING TO LA ZENIA
La Zenia is centrally located between two airports. San Javier Airport in Murcia is about a 15 to 20-minute drive away, while Alicante Airport is a 40-minute drive. Both airports are well connected to the rest of Western Europe.

Many budget airlines, including Ryanair, Norwegian, and EasyJet, fly into Alicante Airport. La Zenia is well connected via the AP-7 highway, which requires a toll. The AP-7 connects the northern and southern Costa Blanca.

From Murcia San Javier Airport to La Zenia, you won’t need to pay any toll if you exit the motorway at Cabo Roig or Campoamor. The cost of the motorway from Alicante Airport is approximately 4 to 6 euros, depending on the tourist season. However, you can also avoid tolls by taking the N-332, which connects Costa Blanca from north to south. By taking the N-332, you will pass through the cities of Santa Pola and Torrevieja.

If you travel towards Alicante from La Zenia, you will visit the city of Torrevieja, which is very popular among Western European tourists, making it busier. If you prefer a calmer atmosphere with more Spanish tourists, head towards the Mar Menor and visit the cities of Pilar de la Horadada.
