Punta Prima is an excellent place to stay, centrally located and ideal for both short and longer stays in the winter. The complex is just a 13-minute walk from the beach and offers all necessary amenities, such as shops, bars, and restaurants, within easy reach.
This modern ground floor holiday apartment in park El Mirador is less than 700 meters from Punta Marina shopping center and 1.3 kilometers from the beach. The communal park features beautifully landscaped gardens, several swimming pools, a spa, and a fitness center.
The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished, with a living room equipped with a smart TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms (one en-suite) with walk-in showers and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all with fitted wardrobes. Air conditioning is available for both cooling and heating.
The sunny terrace of 30 m², adjacent to the park and swimming pool, is fully furnished with sun loungers, a lounge set, a table with chairs, a relaxation chair, and a parasol. Additionally, the apartment has two storage rooms, one of which is suitable for bicycles, and a parking garage under the complex for secure vehicle storage.
Key Transfer
Key transfer is possible any day of the week, with check-in on the first day of your stay between 16:00 and 20:00 hours. On the day of departure, you typically leave the property before 11:00 hours, but other times can be arranged with the manager. The managers offer various services to make your stay as pleasant as possible and provide useful tips about the area upon your arrival.
Additional Information
Rental prices include energy up to 85 kWh per week; any additional usage will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per kWh. The key manager will provide further details upon arrival. There are plenty of opportunities for golf, water sports, and fishing in the vicinity. Local markets are available in Playa Flamenca (Saturday) and Torrevieja (Sunday).
The residence is open year-round and surrounded by various entertainment options. Nearby, you will find large shopping centers such as Zenia Boulevard (4 km) and Habaneras in Torrevieja (5 km). The Torrevieja hospital is just 1.5 kilometers from the complex.
The Beaches
1.3 kilometers from the complex is Rocio del Mar beach, awarded the Blue Flag and the "Q" for tourist quality. Other nearby beaches include La Zenia Beach (3 km), Cala Ferris (800 m), and Playa Flamenca (1.5 km).
Restaurants and Shops
Punta Prima also has a commercial center, Punta Marina, which includes a Consum supermarket, Eroski gas station, a wok buffet, Captain’s Table for fish and chips, Amigos bar, a Chinese restaurant, and La Piazza with Italian cuisine. Along the N332, there are more restaurants, such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues Fish Bar, Puccini, Ghandi, and various bars like Marco Polo.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.
To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay.
The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 35€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.
The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
