This frontline apartment is located on 6th floor, has Unbeatable Sea Views, excellent finishes and spacious communal areas equipped with all the luxuries. From the balcony you can also enjoy beautiful views to the communal areas, the swimming-pools and promenade, the Natural Park of Cala Ferris and even the port and city of Torrevieja.
The apartment has a large living room furnished with dining table, leather sofas, two bedrooms, 1 x 2 and 2 x 1 sleeps, SAT TV with international channels and WIFI. There are 2 bathrooms with a walk in shower and a seperate shower. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary facilities, as a dishwasher. There is also hot-water heating which ensures a comfortable indoor climate in the winter months.
Enjoy the infinity type pools overlooking the Mediterranean, one of which is heated, have a relaxing soak on the water beds or in one of the various heated Jacuzzis. You can stay in shape with various sports courts catering for paddle tennis, football or basketball, or workout at the fantastic gym with its glass front allowing for panoramic sea views.
Feel the benefit of a wellness session in the Turkish baths or Finnish saunas, or simply enjoy the sun from the sun loungers or Bali-style beds. The little ones will also have a great time in the swimming pools, one of those with a slide, and the various children’s play areas, water jets, kids’ castle and ping pong tables. The complete development is WIFI enabled. Parking is possible in the underground garage.
PUNTA PRIMA INFORMATION
Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca within 30 minutes of two international airports Murcia and Alicante. The beaches are some of the cleanest around and have been awarded the blue flag status. Punta Prima has a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine a year. The beach has a wonderful promenade with shops and boutiques and bars and restaurants.
Punta Prima is situated a ten minute drive just south of Torrevieja. For those more energetic you can reach Torrevieja by foot, a mere thirty minute stroll along the coast or there is an hourly bus service to take you there.
Also just a short stroll to a sandy beach or follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, makes this resort an appealing and desireable spot to enjoy your holiday. Walk just 10 minutes and you will have access to a variety of cuisines including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese or Indian.
Punta Prima has a sandy beach. On one side where you can swim, paddle or simply sunbathe, and on the other rock pools which provide an ideal and safe location for children to spend time looking for crabs or fish or just sitting in the warm pools.
RESTAURANTS & SHOPS
Punta Prima also has a Commercial Centre with an Eroski supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants. There are even more restaurants to choose from on the N332 such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini Italian, German, Ghandi Indian, two Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia and several bars.
ACTIVITIES & THINGS TO DO
There are three golf courses in the area as well as water sports, fishing, sailing to be enjoyed. A visit to the local market to buy your fruits and vegetables, shoes, bags and clothes can be made on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 85 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.35€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
